I used to think I had to follow the safe, expected path built for me. The predictable path toward the corporate ladder. Then an existentialism class changed everything. I realized how freeing it is to step off that path and start building something that leaves a mark on the world. cradle is that step. Built for students like me who want meaning, not just a job, and for startups ready to bet on that ambition.

After going through internships that lacked purpose, I realized how hard it is for students to break into startups without giving in to the corporate track. That’s why I’m building cradle, to disrupt how ambitious students find work, and to make startups a real, accessible career path from the start.
